Dr. Young is an in-network provider for Blue Cross Blue Shield and Priority Health.  If in network with your insurance, Dr. Young will bill your insurance directly.  Coverage of services will depend on your individual policy.  Any expenses not covered by insurance will be owed by the patient/family.  Families are encouraged to contact their insurance carrier prior to appointments to gather information about coverage under their policy.  For evaluations, procedure codes billed typically include 90791, 96136, and 96132.  It can be helpful to contact your insurance with these particular procedure codes to ask about coverage.

If Dr. Young is not in-network with your insurance, you will be provided with an itemized invoice that will include procedure and diagnostic codes that can be shared with your insurance company.  Please plan to pay in full at the time of service.  If you wish, you may seek reimbursement from your insurance company.  Reimbursement is not guaranteed, and it is the client’s responsibility to check with their insurance company before services are completed to determine coverage provided under your policy.

Cancellations

Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule an appointment.  If appointments are missed and are not cancelled within 24 hours in advance, you will be charged a portion of the fee, except in the case of emergencies.
